• Location data: your approximate location to verify proximity to an access panel before opening it
• Access logs: timestamps and records of gate and door open events associated with your account
• Vehicle information: license plate numbers you register for automatic vehicle access
• Invitation data: names and contact details of guests you invite to your condominium
• Device tokens: push notification identifiers used to deliver incoming call alerts to your device

3. Device Permissions

The Prevent app requests the following device permissions:

• Camera: required to transmit video during calls from access panels
• Microphone: required for two-way audio during access panel calls
• Location: used only to verify you are within range of an access panel before allowing remote open
• Push notifications: used to alert you of incoming calls from access panels

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To authenticate your identity and provide secure access to the platform
• To enable remote opening of gates and doors associated with your condominium
• To deliver real-time video and audio calls from access panels to your device
• To manage and display your access history, invitations, and registered vehicles
• To send push notifications for incoming calls and relevant platform alerts

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with your condominium's administrators (for access management purposes) and with trusted service providers such as Firebase (Google) for authentication, database storage, and push notifications. These providers are bound by their own privacy and security policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and access logs for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Access log records may be retained for up to 12 months for security audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Prevent is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated personal data
